The bigotry, chauvinism and hatred on this s thread for Indians is breathtaking. I am sure that most of the scum who are passing remarks about Indians are the same ones who lament about why Europe does not take more refugees. The hypocrisy and double standards surely escape them.

If Arabs would do a day's honest work, Indians would not be required in the GCC. But Arabs won't do that, would they? That's just not the way they play.

I don't know how it is during Ramzan and Eid, I was home during that time in my two year stay. I think majority don't. They prefer to live in their own circles.

Oh, if we're talking about friendships yeah GCC Arabs never really socialise with the rest of the communities unless some serious $$$ is involved.

I've come up with a hierarchy of the people here from best treated to worst treated:

Privileged:

1. Qataris
2. Non Qatari GCC Arabs
3. White people/Any expat with enough $$$

Regular:

4. Other Arabs
5. Any other ethnicity I don't mention throughout this list
6. Pakistanis/North Hindustanis/Other similar looking ethnicities and nationalities

Poorly treated:

7. Afghans
8. Black people
9. Anyone who looks East Asian
10. South Hindustanis/Sri Lankans/Other similar looking ethnicities and nationalities



Some of them do care, others not. It's mixed.

But during Ramzan and Eid they all care.

What a lot of Pakistanis don't realize is that there is NO ISLAMIC BROTHERHOOD between us Pakistanis and the Arabs. It's a false notion that some wish were true. Although I don't condone it, I couldn't care less about the Palestinians, Jews, War in Syria or Iraq. Us Pakistanis should only care about making Pakistan powerful. Nothing else. The key to that is China. Our fate is heavily intertwined with China and not the Islamic world.

TBH I've worked with indians before and they don't really bother anyone. They're very passive and do their utmost to keep out of trouble. They're usually the hardest of workers but not the best. They're completely different to Pakistanis in EVERY way even though our nations share a border.

They look passive but active. Deal with them many projects.

No, the Islamic brotherhood still exists between many, MANY different Muslims. We are the minority now a days, but we are not in insignificant numbers.
