The word is literally baap. In Hindi its also pita.
Pitaji/Abba/Bapu is basically Hindi/Urdu for Papa/Daddy/Dad.

there is a linguistic issue here, it is pronounced as "Gyan". but gyan transliterated in hindi becomes ग्यान, while in reality its ज्ञान. and as ज्ञ is phonetically the compound of "j" and "n" , hence the spelling

We don't have a specific word for that:

Koi baat nahi - 'It's alright' is what we use

Agree with adl; but we adl is only really used when talking about the Judiciary system or something; Insaf is the household word. And Insaf doesn't mean "bifurcation"..
