There is a strong misconception that Deobandi of Pakistan and India are one and alike. After partition it was everything about survival for Indian Deobandi and it may be to your surprise but they had been calling for India to remain SECULAR and a Religious India meant its Hindu India and U know the consequences for that. U wud never find any link of Indian Deobandi faction to any terror attack as they are more into literature and research into many issue relating to Islam in day to day affairs. Same is almost totally opposite when it comes to Pakistani Deobandis. So the "They" part of your post technically only points towards Pakistani Deobandi but here we are talking about Indian Deobandis.

Try it then u know India is able to defeat Pakistan with only that army which we have in j and k .... hope u have seen the transportation of heavy artillery tanks simply u have seen.
