Heads of Hajj missions denounce Iran’s tirade

A number of heads of Hajj missions from Arab and Islamic countries expressed their surprised over Iran's heated media campaign against Saudi Arabia over the recent stampede incident in Mina.

They considered Iran's attacks against the Kingdom as unwarranted and an aggression against all Muslims the world over.

The heads, who assembled here during a function held in their honor by the Muslim World League (MWL), said the Kingdom exerts all its efforts in the service of Islam and Muslims.

They said the Arab, Islamic and international position of Saudi Arabia will not be affected by Iran's false propaganda.

The heads of the missions expressed total support for Saudi Arbaia and said the negative statements made by some Iranian officials and Iran's hostile media campaign will not tarnish the Kingdom's efforts in providing excellent services to the pilgrims.

They said the giant expansion projects being implemented in the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah, Madinah and the holy sites are enough proof of the Kingdom's determination to provide safety and security to the pilgrims enabling them to perform their Hajj rituals in peace, ease and comfort.

The mission heads strongly criticized Iran's intervention in Syria, Iraq and Yemen and warned that this meddling in the affairs of these countries will stoke the menace of sectarianism and disunite the Muslims.

They said Iran's meddling in the affairs of the pilgrimage will only lead to rifts among the pilgrims.

They also denounced Russia's military intervention in Syria considering it as a naked aggression against the Arab and Muslim blood.

The mission heads called on the world community to make strenuous efforts to end Russia's military presence in Syria.

The mission heads also denounced Israel's continued aggression undermining the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and asked the United Nations to protect the Islamic sanctuaries in occupied Palestinian territories.

Read the text of news. It didn't mention any names or countries of these heads of Hajj missions. I can also create a random news saying some random officials have went to Mars, without saying names or countries.

So what happened to the Hajj figures? Why hasn't Saudi Arabia given an exact correct figure with breakdowns? It's been two weeks now. If you add the different country's media reports, figures for dead is 1376 (double Saudi's figure), and if you add the still missing, that's 2,795.

Then how come the Nigerians or the Indonesians or any other country that was involved in this never tragedy mentioned this Iranian fact then?

Also, which barrier to you mean? No one has till now mentioned that any barriers were removed. The whole talking point until now from different countries was that roads were blocked, not that blocks were removed!

Is that what you have learned in your spiritual journey to Hajj? To respect the Kings and put the blame on the victims?

For someone who has gone to Hajj, there is no anger from you for the cranes and there is no anger from you for the stampede. Our religion is not a religion of Jesus being slap and showing his other cheek, our religion is not the religion of bald monks and fakirs, our religion is not the religion of putting everything in the hands of God and only praying, our religion is not the religion of only akherat. Every part of our religion is supposed to make our current lives in donya better, and at the same time, work on our spirits towards akherat. If you see injustice, and you just shrug your shoulders, do your hajj and come back, and pat yourself on the back for doing a holy act, then what is exactly the point of religion?

Seriously, I'm not religious, but sometimes it seems I know more about religion then most of your religious folks, who treat it like a business transaction with God. I'll do this and this in Donya, and you send me to Jannah, okay, God, deal?

They made an explosion during Hajj years ago. Also, they politicize every religious event every time. I suppose all the previous incidents were also the fault of Iranians! The crane too falling was the fault of Iranians who all farted at the same time on purpose, creating a powerful gust of wind, causing the crane to topple over... Have some shame man... Learn to respect others and read the post again and it is base on truth and only truth. We are same as you and this is not a matter of religion but a management. Arabs didn't stop Iranian to perform Hajj. Stop mislead people and come up with proper detail and proof
