Have the Turkish Engineers Decoded and Debugged the S-400 System?

A strange video in Turkish in the social media has caught my attention! The major points:

• The Turkish engineers have decoded and debugged the S-400 system they purchased from Russia.
• The Russian made AD systems have been being hunted down like rabbits by the Turkish UAVs all over the ME, Caucasus etc. for a reason.
• Knowledge gained, especially in the field of long-range radars and AD missiles, is being applied into the Turkish indigenous HISAR-U long range AD systems development to make it "fool proof".
• Turkey has killed more than one bird with a single stone.
• The Russian secretes are now in the Turkish prisons!!! If they're out they will be in the US prisons!!!!

I am pretty sure the same team is now working on Rafales in the Katar AF for Macron is getting too much of a pain the a$$......

And, India is planning to take down Pak using Rafales and S-400 if NS/BB's daughters fail......

Turkey has no technology. Everything used in TB2 from EO to engine is imported from the west which has embargoed Turkey after Turkey invaded Kurds and Armenians.

turkey bought this billion dollars defence system from russia. it wont do anything which will compromise the ability of its air defence amd jeopardise the relationship with russia since the sale of this high end system for which turkey has taken a stance against America and risked its NATO membership

It is not so easy, French are monitoring exactly who is using the planes. This is not a video game where the Rafale is a rental car.

The news of this channel are not trolls. I follow this channel closely. Make sure that Turkey's technology at a very high level. There is no superpower to resist this technology. If they could break through against when they swooped into Turkey to Syria to Turkey, Russia and the United States. But they couldn't. Turkey has in Libya just watched again. Then in Karabakh with Azerbaijan. Again just watching. After every battle they watch, they lose what they control. And be sure we will see a very small part of Turkey's technology. Turkey is really very powerful. Alhamdulillah.

surely, isn't technology acquisition and adaptation part of a normal routine among mature militaries?

Lets assume it is not true, but even the Russians would have expected the Turks follow such steps, its only logical. China rebuilt entire Russian equipment's, including fighters, why shouldn't Turkey do something similar?

surely, isn't technology acquisition and adaptation part of a normal routine among mature militaries?

Lets assume it is not true, but even the Russians would have expected the Turks follow such steps, its only logical. China rebuilt entire Russian equipment's, including fighters, why shouldn't Turkey do something similar?

I am not saying Turkey can not and should not do it. It is possible at some level. However presenting baseless speculations as truth , that Turkey has decoded S400s, does not benefit Turkish defense industry. It actually hurts the industry by supplying unconfirmed information thus creating harmful illusions for the public.
