One thing is known he was into gambling and had won 13000 rs two days before arrest

Maybe gambling is just a cover to legitimise the money he was getting paid from outsiders. If he came home with thousands of rupees every few weeks then questions would be asked by family and neighbours.

Everything looks to suspicious to me. He does not look beaten up or worried at all in his 'confession' video. Too many of the reports don't match and doesn't make sense that a serial killer would target a girl from the same neighbourhood he lives in.

According to police reports and zainab's fathers statements this guy has been seen around children for the past two years (including zainab). He would often give them sweets or tempt them into coming with him. Sadly even in an area like Kasur there is no awareness regarding pedophiles. Part of the "sex education" (your words not mine) is teaching kids how strangers could make advances towards them or lure them into traps and how to report such incidences to their parents or an elder. These kids weren't just picked up randomely, they were contacted by the perpetrator to develop trust probably over weeks. Had zainab or any of the other children been aware as to how these pedophiles go about their ways she would've been careful and reported it to her parents who in turn could've reported it to the police .

Good luck in stopping these crimes with sex education and awareness.

BTW, He raised an important point of Kasur being a border town with India. Indian hand with collebaration with PML-N cant be ruled out. A good distraction from corruption , bring bad name to Pakistan at a time when India has become a certified rape capital of world. All make sense.

Wohi hua jis ka dar tha. the only reason i started to believe he is the killer was after her afthers statement who said yes we have no doubt he is the one and that isi and mi helped us.

So mi and isi cheated on public and they were part of cover up.

Every day we are hearing these news coming out about child abuse all of sudden specially in English media like DAWN. This is certainly not coincidence. Not denying that crime may have happened but more likely well planned with the intention of bringing bad name to Pakistan at a time when India has become the rape capital of world. Kasur being a border town with India! A good distraction from anti corruption drive as well.
