just because you are scared doesn't mean you can set aside the law for others. And since there is no evidence that means he is no longer a suspect......Or are you saying that the fact that he is Muslim and related to the attackers is enough for you....

Of course I expect you to play the religion card. But even if he was a non-moslem, there's enough out there to make him a suspect.

He was in regular contact with the terrorists, there's enough communication transcripts to suggest that he knew of the bombings, he provided material aid to the terrorists and he was trying to flee just before the attacks on a one-way ticket.

That's enough to throw the religion card out of the window. A Muslim man isn't a terror suspect, Dr. Haneef is. His faith in immaterial to me at this point.
