Listen Moron, first acquire the ability to tell the difference between a major military airshow and a mostly civilian entity, can your pea brain comprehend the fact that there were hardly any fighter jets present in Bahrain airshow.
PAF was all geared up to go to LIMA, your pea brain can't accept the fact that the Malaysian PM was in Pakistan just before LIMA and requested for JF-17 evaluation rather than a mere display.

What actually happened between 1983 and 2000? First, let us take the promise of indigenous development. In 1986 an agreement was quietly signed with the United States that permitted DRDO to work with four US Air force laboratories. The to-be-indigenously-developed engine for the LCA -- Kaveri -- was forgotten and the US made General Electric F-404 engine was substituted. Radar was sourced from Erricson Ferranti, carbon-fibre composite panels for wings from Alenia and fly-by-wire controls from Lockheed Martin. Design help was sought from British Aerospace, Avion Marcel Dassault and Deutsche Aerospace. Wind tunnel testing was done in the US, Russia and France. As for armaments -- missiles, guns, rockets and bombs -- every last item was to be imported.

I dont see JF17 going to Singapore. For some reason PAF doesnt bring the fighter wherever the Indians are bringing theirs.

Because comparing thunder to teja will be an insult to thunder.

As for being there where it matters, ask your national hero. He will tell you what happens when thunder makes the entry

Thanks... the squadron will have 16 jets only as of now as HAL is now manufacturing another 16 foc jets which will equip the next squadron...
After the completion of these 16 jets HAL will manufacture the remaining 8 trainers which will be distributed evenly between the 2 squadrons making the total number of 40 mk1 jets
