You say them fidayeen, we say them terrorist,it is not good to threaten police with belts and weapons , and challange writ of state. Then There is no difference between Taliban in swat , JUD, ISIS and others.
They were not challenging writt of the state, they might be challenging the writ of this stupid govt, as every one worth an ounce if iq knows hafiz far from challenging the state is an active tool of the state, learn the difference between a state and govt...

JuD are a liability now, Pakistan not achieving much with them. Kashmir struggle is getting increasingly indigenous. JuD should just realise it too, disperse or create a political party. The dynamics of proxy wars have changed from 90s.

What's with the date 5 Feb ?

After U.N found that their hurriyat leader Syed Ali gilani supported Osama bin Ladin stance and offered funeral prayer , while his children enjoying lavish life abroad, U.N stopped

The phenomenon that is today called "terrorism" is a recent phenomenon. The so called War on Terror began in Sept 2001, Osama Bin Laden reportedly died in May 2011, whereas the Kashmir Dispute has been on the agenda of the United Nations Security Council as an unresolved international dispute since Jan 1949 ...... The farcicality of the Indian storyline (that falsely portrays indigenous Kashmiri Freedom Struggle as Islamic terrorism) should be apparent to any neutral and fair-minded person. I wonder why are you toeing the Indian line

As for Osama Bin Laden, No hard evidence linking OBL to 9/11 attacks has ever been made public. OBL never received a fair trial. Assassination of OBL was in fact illegal. Everyone (including terrorism suspects) has a right to fair trial. Or you, just like the Americans (and Indians), believe that Muslims (esp. the bearded ones) are the children of a lesser God with no human rights ?

Yeh sab tumhara karam...hay aqaaaa!

What old BBC documentry from times of British India and they are referring to indian freedom fighters as terrorist as well..everyone has their own definition..In Saudi..all Atheist are also considered terrorist..

OBL may not be linked to 9/11 but he was linked to a number of bombings which killed foreign citizens including those of US...US did offer him a fair trial if he turned him in...once a fugitive..all opportunities of trial and justice end..no matter how many politically manipulative arguments are made..OBL was a terrorist and will remain one in the memories..

How can you be so sure that OBL was linked to those bombings ?

OBL was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in a United States District Court in 1998 (the only time OBL was formally charged), but indictment only establishes whether or not there is enough evidence to charge a suspect... indictment is not the same as conviction or establishment of guilt

And the mere fact that an accused is a fugitive is insufficient support for an inference that he has waived his right to a fair trial, and that all opportunities of trial and justice have ended. He should have been arrested and tried in a court of law (like Adolf Eichmann) and NOT assassinated

No country from this world can bring "Enough Evidence" .."Concrete Evidence" against Hafeez Saeed in a "PAKISTANI " court. This UN designated terrorist should be tried under international criminal court.
After bieng designated as a terrorist by the UN, Hafiz Saed wrote a letter to the former UN sec-gen Ban Ki Moon and offered to present himself in front any international court.
Letter was received and an acknowledgment letter was delivered to Saed but since then there has been no response from the UN.
On a side note, Indian propaganda is no concrete evidence to be considered in any court.

We wanted extradite Mr Hafiz however since there is a ban on travellers in USA , we not have palced him in house arrest for next 5 years, he has Iranian ancestory :pop: YA
