See being a Secular country, we have the liberty of not judging people by their religion. So when a terrorist comes our way, we do not ponder over whether he should be treated like a Hindu terrorist or Muslims terrorist or a Sikh terrorist..but give them a standard package..a hangman's noose or a INSAS bullet and 6ft of land in our beloved country.

However if Pakistanis are so concerned about salvation of their fellow countryman, then Pakistan govt can make formal request for Kasab's body.. I am sure Indian govt would not deny such a reasonable request.
