Yeah but any allegation has to be proven against a Pakistani citizen. If a terrorism charge is levied, you need to prove it in court. Hes not a fugitive, hes not in hiding, he said You accuse me of so and so? I'll appear in court, prove it.
Everybody failed to prove it.
If UN says tomorrow to kill you because they feel like it, would the Indian state come and kill you?
OBL did not stand trial anywhere. But UN had designated him as a terrorist and his organization banned. Likewise Hafiz Saeed is designated as affliated with Al-Qaeda and likewise all his organizations - LET and its charity fronts.
At the end of the day he is a designated terrorist under UN SC. You can claim all you want that Pakistani courts did not find him guilty. But UN SC resolution is binding for countries and if forcefully followed Pakistan can have sanctions(which is not going to happen considering the geopolitics) but I am saying what is the law of the land(world).
