And the ASEAN countries have also increased joint patrols in the East Sea (south china sea). They can easily work together to address disagreements.

I felt ridiculous when I saw Viets and some indian members here are cheering for this kind of news.
No matter India or Russia didn't sign a agreement with Vietnam to exploit oil within China's 9 sectioned line, if they exploit oil in Vietnam's EEZ, why should we protest it? China never give a warning to a detail country cause this kind of warning is nothing but just a political attitude, there is no country even USA can take the consequences for exploit oil in the area China claim, the predicament Philipine is facing now is a good example.

So stop spreading this kind of ridiculous thought, there is no ally forever, only the interest

Interest is based on law, it's ordinary life of human kind. You can't take property which belong to others.

Vietnamese police on Friday arrested 43 Chinese and Taiwanese people on suspicion that they have cheated people in China in a phone-based scam over the past month, the VnExpress newswire reported Saturday.
The report said police busted the ring at four different houses in District 12, Binh Tan, Tan Phu and Hoc Mon districts of Ho Chi Minh City, and confiscated more than 100 land phones, 17 laptops and 35 mobile phones among other telecommunication devices.

Initial information is that the foreigners entered Vietnam as tourists at different times, and rented houses in suburban areas to establish their bases, police said.

They would target people who seemed to do business illegally in China.

According to police, they would call the victims, posing as Chinese agencies like police, courts and prosecutors, and tell them that their bank accounts were at risk of being hacked by criminals.
They would ask the victims to provide them with their accounts’ details, including passwords, so they could place the accounts under "security", or to transfer money to the ring’s accounts, also for “security” reasons.
The ring members had stolen money from people using this ruse for about a month before they were busted, police said.
Previously, in 2010 and 2011, some 200 foreigners, mainly Chinese, were arrested on eight occasions across the country, including the Mekong Delta City of Can Tho and the central province of Khanh Hoa, for cheating Chinese people in Taiwan, China and other countries using the same scheme.
