Great game in the South China Sea

Anyway I don't see China getting all of the Islands but each country might get an even share, but Vietnam is unlikely to get the parcels from China again unless vietnam takes it by force.

Why haven't Malaysia, Brunei and Taiwan been saying anything they also claim parts of the SCS ?

Simply because Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, farther away from China more than Vietnam and the Philippines. Will turn to them if China was conquered successfully Vietnam and the Philippines....

I can see that about Malaysia and Brunei but what of Taiwan ? Taiwan has 3 island under it's control and it also claims the whole sea ? Indonesia isn't apart of the SCS dispute.

One of the Vietnam boys told me that and I thought they should know better because they're developing them.

@Neutral Citizen

No I check and couldn't find anything on the Taiwan side.

taiwan has 3 islands in control and claims the whole sea as well.

Vietnam and Malaysia submitted common request under UNCLOS to UN in 2009, it means no dispute between two countries.

I though she only has one. But anyway her position is a little odd and I don't think she even knows what she wants to do. Of course I don't she mind if every body share the loots.

What about Taiwan holding 3 islands and claiming the entire sea ? I don't think any country will get all the islands but evenly divided, and the Paracels are unlikely to come back in vietnams control unless vietnam uses force.

According to a Taiwanese Newspaper they hold 2-3 islands,

Vietnam officially controlled it from long time ago and Qing China's Dynasty accepted. At beginning of last century when Vietnam Authority protested China an accident in Hoang Sa (Parasels), Canton Governor answered that Island no belong to China so China don't have responsibility about that.
China occupied with force 1974, China have to hand back.

Taiwan has occupied one island in the Spratlys. Recently they announced that would increase forces there. China has dispute Indonesian's EEZ....

nothing has happened yet, why those indian cheerleader things are so high``? because their russian daddy 'will' join in their clownish dancing and banning these cheerleaders?

We did, are, will negotiate with China on the Paracel Islands. They used force illegally invaded the islands from Vietnam's in 1974.

Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos
Vietnamese people discovered the two archipelagos a long time ago. The Vietnamese State has owned and performed its sovereignty over the two archipelagos continuously and peacefully.
Many ancient geographic books and ancient maps of Vietnam clearly noted Bai Cat Vang, Hoang Sa, Van Ly Hoang Sa, Dai Truong Sa or Van Ly Truong Sa (different names of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos) as parts of Vietnam’s territory.
A map book titled “Thien Nam Tu Chi Lo Do Thu” compiled by Do Ba (Cong Dao) in the mid-17th century had a caption below the map of Quang Ngai: “There is a long sand bank in the middle of the sea called Bai Cat Vang (Hoang Sa). The Nguyen Dynasty annually sent 18 boats to the bank in the last month of winter to collect goods, mainly gold and silver, coins, weapons”.
In the map of southern Vietnam drawn by duke Bui The Dat in 1774, Bai Cat Vang (Hoang Sa) was a part of Vietnam’s territory.

Recently, the noisy disputes occur on the EEZs of other countries around the South china sea with China's nine-dotted line, rather than dispute the specific island. The nine-dotted line of China's claims even just few miles from the coast of the Philippines. It is the cause of all the controversy.

Its only fair the Islands are shared with each countries getting islands close to them geographically. China claiming all of them is absurd. Maybe china wants a higher hand in negotiations.
