You see they can't help it, 1000 years of spankings which they just won't forget. The Crusaders forgot it and moved on. The Mongols forgot what was eventually done to them, and moved on. So did the Russians and the Romanians.
But there is a desire for revenge here nurtured by a twisted historical perspective. Unfortunately this course of action is going to lead to a very undesirable result. There are only two Hindu majority countries in the world.

I live in an Islamic society. I knwo what it's like. It's not that easy to convert people out of Islam. Take @jamahir's love affair with communism and amp it up times 100 . That's how difficult it is to wean people off Islam.

For now, to set his kushti on fire, go to the Zoroastrian Kurd thread he started, and paste every bit of information on the 1300 year history of the Kurds and how they battled for Islam and Muslims in the darkest hour. The twin combined threats of Crusaders. and Mongol hordes nearly finished off Muslims and Islam from the face of the earth.

Having lived in Turkey, I know that the Kurds are seen similar to the Pashtuns in Pakistan. Very religious and orthodox.

So it's definitely coming as a surprise to my ears when @padamchen says 5 million Kurds have converted to Zoroastrianism. He might be talking about the relatively secular Peshmargas but even then Kurds have a history of being jihadi-adjacent. 5 million is a huge number.

What's more, I haven't seen Iranians converting en masse to Zoroastrianism either. And I'm talking about the ex Muslim Iranian American crowd. Maryam Namazie, Hamid Dabashi, those kinds.

How many Turks ended up reverting to Tengrism after Ataturk's Turk nationalist policies? Almost none. I haven't seen any Iranians seriously reverting to Zoroastrianism besides some edgy ex Muslim teens on Reddit.

Doc is getting way too ahead of himself. It'll only end in disappointment.
