There is no “early to bed” for me. It’s sleep whenever/ wherever, just get 4 hours sleep so you can do the next 12 hours work

increase working hours for mon-thurs, and give friday off or WFH. will save 20% of the fuel used to travel to and from offices, will also save electricity. but this an ad-hoc reactionary measure. nothing is being done on the policy front to improve the situations, or in making and implementing any long-lasting plans that run past the typical election mark.
