Pakistani population is 180 million. 86.9 million Pakistanis were registered to vote. Overall, the Voter turnout was 55.02% in 2013 elections. Results for PMLN if we accept them to be free and fair were 14,874,104 votes. Its hardly a "majority" or "will" of the people.
