And this is wrong thing to do, they should not be breaking fences and getting inside parliament house. And the blame is definitely with the government, once you start firing, you can't control anything and chaos ensues.

After a day or two, the number was decreased manyfold in fact Imran Khan had to make another statement that those who has gone back please come back as I am serious and I will march towards the parliament (or probably lead country towards anarchy)

This is a dharna, not a jalsa.

People come and go, it's all a fluid situation. A count of how many people came during the 17 days in total would be a more appropriate one I believe.

Secondly, there were 100k people on the first 2-4 days...after about a week, it kept sort of constant as the dharna phase had started.
