Government planning to extend Army Chief tenure to 4 years

its a move in the right direction if it happens.
previous C-in-Cs tenure were of 4 years duration. changed by guess who ZABhutto.
3 years is too short a period for a 4-star general to implement his vision.1st year is spent visiting the formations and overseas trips. 2nd year is the designing of his proposals and implementation plan. 3rd year is actual implantation and also good byes. at least 2 full years are needed to drive his vision and its implementation.
I support 4 years.
