Killing a person is not such an easy thing. In Turkiye, we research about them rigorously and looking for a reason of mitigation. Why they join the group, what is their age, financial situation, environmental pressures, taking an active role.... etc...

AFAIK Pakistan doesn't have the aspiration to join the EU nor have I ever seen Pakistan issuing any statement about the EU/Germany's internal affairs, so i don't know why they bother with Pakistan's internal affairs now. If the EU has balls, they should repetitively lash out at the US for their proven (including sometimes innocents) torture and death penalty, after all they are close friends and friends should be open to each other, instead of restricting Pakistan at a time when Pakistan is already hit hard.
