Germany cancels 100 million € defense treaty with russia

Trade Minister Gabriel announced today, that the simulation trainings center, which was build from german corporation Rhein Metall, will not be delivered to russia. The deal is cancelled and chancellor Merkel apporved this decission.

The deal was made in 2011, when russia was still seen as trustworthy ally for the EU and germany. Under the current circumstances, this is not the case any longer.

i think it is our decission and i think its good to not provide barbaric terrorists with military equipment. Russia is a primitive country and i think it is good to avoid such contracts with them.
