Germany cancels 100 million € defense treaty with russia

This shows that Germany itself is how much untrustworthy. A business deal inked in 2011 in good faith, and canceled in 2014 because Russia that used to be trustworthy in 2011 is no longer. What else to expect from the US puppet.

Look says who? Germany's hands are stained with the blood of millions during its misadventures in 1st and 2nd world war.

We decide with who we make business and with who not. Why should we deliver weapons to someone who works against our interests? You can´t gain control over ukraine wjile sending weapons to russia.

Trade Minister Gabriel announced today, that the simulation trainings center, which was build from german corporation Rhein Metall, will not be delivered to russia. The deal is cancelled and chancellor Merkel apporved this decission.

Gabriel und Rheinmetall: Rüstungsveto war mit Kanzlerin abgestimmt - SPIEGEL ONLINE

The deal was made in 2011, when russia was still seen as trustworthy ally for the EU and germany. Under the current circumstances, this is not the case any longer.

Putin will say so what
it is your loss not his

. .
How is it a loss for us? Russia already paid 80% of it and gets no delivery now. The systems are used internal now.

one day u will still have to pay bak because it is there moeny Russia wont ignore that

. .
It is only 100 million. A minor deal.

Russia is a bigger deal than Germany, so a minor deal for Germany is "minorer" still for Russia. so this hurts Russia, how? one cannot reason with a cat molester

Germany has a 50% higher gdp and about 50 million less people, are you a fucking moron?

You cant reason with people who love Russia for no other reason than they are against the west.

Germany hasn't been a big deal since Russia last put it down, so I say Russia is a bigger deal than Germany. GDP is a flimsy thing: Germany's GDP is its current size only because it is a big trading nation. in a war economy, however, Russia can outproduce Germany easily, and that is what really counts. and in a war, Russia's territorial and population sizes render it possible absorb more shocks than german arms can deliver and Germany's size and population means it cannot absorb any shocks from russia. so, yeah, Russia is a much bigger deal than germany

LOL, what really counts is THE WAR ECONOMY? well seen as we are very rarely in states of war and they last a few years and countries like Russia and Germany have suffered horrendous casualties then NO that most certainly isnt what matters you complete and utter fucking cretin.

Russias size is a weakness in war time though, its a great country for defense of certain positions and to attack neighbouring countries but due to logistics its size is a serious weakness, thats why a nation like the UK can have such control when its a small Island and Russia a giant country is worth the same and has never had the impact a tiny country like UK has, nor do we ever suffer huge numbers of casualties. The same for Germany, small nation but huge output and its QUALITY to, thats why Germany is worth 50% more and are renowned for quality, no one wants to buy Russian goods if they dont have to but people go out of their way for German goods...simple fact that almost everyone knows.

Russia is a country with a declining population with a small GDP in comparison to its size/population. It really isnt a big deal, no body sees Russia as a big deal anymore apart from this forum, hence that the west can sanction banks and billionaires and Russias retaliation...were banning your apples!

Russia needs to understand that the west/U.S still has the upper hand economically, militarily, fianncially and technologically etc. The world is still controled/dominated mainly by the west(though our influence has reduced to some extent compared to a decade or so ago)

That's the whole point, Russia wanna show the West that she is still strong in order to avoid peripherization/lose influence

Yes i understand that bro. Russia as a former superpower still finds it hard to come to terms with its current reeuced power/influence. The thing is yes Russia is a country nobody can ignore, but its no more a main world rival/threat to our supremacy in the world, now its more like a nuissance and regional (in eastern Europe) not world threat like before to us. I think putin did a very good job in seizing/annexing Crimea from Ukraine without much fuss(just minor sanctions from the west/U.S), However, it looks like he took this for a weakness on our part and now hes overplaying his hands by trying to intervene and arming his insurgents/separatists in eastern Ukraine. I think he should have limited himself at crimea, by trying to pull eastern Ukraine from Ukraine, he will only make things worst, by making even the most reticent european countries who until now had been reluctant to criticise or sanction Russia now take a stronger action aganst Russia, As i said before, Russia is still not strong enough economically to challenge the WEST/U.S(the hell even China who is way more bigger than Russia economically isnt strong enough yet to challenge the west/U.S head on, which i pressume the chinese leadership understands this perfectly) since we still dominate the world in all fields. In the event of full out snactions against Russia, then yes europe might suffer as well from it, But Russia will suffer even more than anyone believe me. The minor sanctions we imposed is already having a massive effect on Russian economy.
Putin should understand that arming the separatists in Eastern Ukraine will only lead to more suspision/turmoil/sanctions against Russia which isnt in Russias interests, Since these separatists will being able to defeat the Ukrainian army and fully control this region, the only way they can achieve this is if Russia launches a full scale invasion into eatsern Ukraine(which is unlikley to happen). So i dont see what he is trying to achive by acting this way. Hopefully common sense prevails and both sides try and solve this crisis peacefully. since as of now only ordinary ukrainians are suffering from this.
