Nobody pushes the army, the army comes in because a) the civilian government is incompetent and b) the army wants to keep presenting itself as the savior. The army is as much part of the problem as anyone because it's part of the system.

The army won't do any radical reforms because the generals have as much addiction for power as the politicians. The current system suits the army because it gives it maneuvering space so they tweak it every now and then when it gets outa control but never really fix it.

I wasn't pointing at you in particular, my post was in support of your post.

I didn't know about the COAS actually and I was supporter of PTI back then (doesn't mean I'm supporter of PML now). So no I wasn't cursing NS or blaming whatever. I was actually upset why didn't the most senior became general but I didn't know what kind of person he was. Which is why decision is best if left to people who know realities and inside stories.

Wow!! I am impressed and yes. Had it been Nawaz Shariff, people would've issued religious Fatwa's on here on how "his highness" get an escort in Mecca!! Pure double standards in Pakistan. No matter where you look!!

Its like every group wants all the power to themselves, without thinking about the country and working and giving respect to each other. Only God knows how this country called Pakistan, still runs, with SO MUCH divide between groups. I can never see a NATION unfortunately, like I see the Indians. Sad!!



Here's an example of the SAME crappy mentality. Its not about Pakistan or a "NATION". Its ALWAYS about some group, who wants all the power and fame. Be it IK, Military, or anyone else.

How terrible would it be for people to ignore personal things and judge each other with the right scale. I.E, what did someone do in their time of service, for the country. If they didn't show progress, you have a right to complain about them. But for God's sake, rise above "my guy vs. his" and "the military is more powerful than Civilians" or IK speaks the Bible or Kor'an stuff. Why not measure them on what they are and will be doing for the country and the nation??

I always like your positive messages. Pakistanis unite when there is a war, natural disaster, terrorism, cricket, hockey..entertainment like the Waar movie or the Waris Drama serial.. It is not as bad as you see it. Nawaz Sharif keeps coming to power because of their massive money campaign, but eventually someone else will get a chance. At the moment he is trying to increase energy generation and resources, so we need to let him complete his turn as PM. If he does not do well like Zardari, then people will vote him out , just the way Zardari lost the last election. The civilian institutions need to be stable for the country to function on a normal pace.

He (RS)is our Hero and he deserves this. He brought peace with grace of Allah. NS is our president and he has his own status.

I have a question to ask from Saudis.............. will you be able to arrange this same security circle when these VIPs (including Pakistanis) appear before ALLAH on the day of judgement (People who speak for them and support them can answer me)? Pakistani VIPs come on please have some shame and refuse this nonsense when you are in house of ALLAH, have some faith.

Actually you are taking it wrong, this is not security but to prevent big crowd of people around him. See many gathered around him even in the presence of security guards.

For those chamcha's you are no short of dalal's who sell the future of their future generation's to these Yazid's of today. Such a sad state of affairs.
