Punjab Government? Oh Please this Project comes under PEPCO even today it comes under PEPCO.. PEPCE signed the Deal worth 32 Billion Or $320 Million with Chinese Company DongFang.. there was no 18th Amendment in 2008 electricity projects could only be initiated by Federal Alone
