Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

It seems the only way for a ceasefire will be for hamas to inflict significant losses against the IDF child killing forces or for Israel to kill 100,000 civilians including 50,000 children and say they were hamas.

Looking at those two options even those against hamas would end up supporting them.
Yes, but not only Hamas, it will be Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, Iraqi Resistance, Syrian resistance and IRGC forces to degrade Israel and its military to a point Israel will find a ceasefire as the main way to ensure the survival of the Jewish state, even if Israel loses this war.

The resistance axis's efforts to bring Israel to its senses haave started, it might take some time though, but probably not too long.

Are you sure about Iran capabilities. Because if war starts with Israel then without a doubt usa will get involve and so will Nato. Noone will care about any articles in Nato constitution. They will use extreme force on Iran to destroy all bases, ports, even attack major cities. Iran support in Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon are just militias, Syria is already destroyed. Unless Russia comes to Iran aid with the nukes.
Interesting that you mention this. NATO having just dumped a vast amount of arms and ammo in Ukraine and now Israel, does NATO still have the battle readiness for a major overseas conflict?

I mean the UK alone gave 300,000 rounds of artillery shells to Ukraine whilst The US gave 2 million. In the end they were forced to be creative and seek supplies elsewhere.

But you are right, NATO still maintains strategic reserves in Germany. That said, wasn’t their an article where NATO warned it was digging into its own strategic reserves to equip and rearm Ukraine just earlier this year?

Ukraine was expending ammo on a colossal scale. It’s doubtful that level of ammo has been restocked.

The kit they have in Europe is garbage and not suitable for land warfare. But their strategic assets and superior air capabilities are what provide them such a potent punch.

Let’s not discount their “over the horizon” capabilities.

A protracted regional war doesn’t benefit anyone and I just want to see peace for the people of Palestine.

Shifa hospital, now underground Hamas fortress, built by Israeli architects

During its construction 4 decades ago, Hamas protected hospital as local security force; over time, lower floors became a terror complex for planning attacks and hiding from IDF bombardments, endangering civilians

IDF spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari revealed to the foreign media that Hamas had positioned its principal headquarters beneath the Shifa hospital complex in Gaza City.

The Shifa hospital complex, a central medical hub located in the city's west, was designed by Israeli architects led by Gershon Zippor and the late Benjamin Idelson. The complex now houses more than just medical facilities. Below ground lies a clandestine bunker network that serves as a sanctuary for top Hamas officials. It also features entry points to a labyrinth of terror tunnels, dubbed the Gaza Metro, which spans for miles below the Palestinian enclave.

Intelligence, including detailed architectural simulations, confirms longstanding allegations dating back to the 2009 Operation Cast Lead. At that time, the Shin Bet initially reported that Hamas terrorists were taking advantage of the hospital's premises as a strategic base and refuge, relying on the IDF's reluctance to target a humanitarian facility. The claim was that Hamas had seized control of the hospital's basement, using it as their headquarters.

These claims resurfaced during 2014's Operation Protective Edge when a Washington Post correspondent reported that Hamas had designated the buildings of the Shifa Hospital as their primary command center. The reporter noted that Hamas members were seen moving freely around the hospital's hallways and offices.
Additional evidence emerged from the interrogation of a captured Hamas operative, who revealed that Ismail Haniyeh, alongside other senior Hamas officials, sought shelter in the basement of the hospital. This facility is one of approximately 20 hospitals scattered across the Gaza Strip.

A track record of strife

It's a little-known fact that the iconic structure, which has gained international recognition and drawn considerable attention, was designed by Israeli architects. The complex basement floors, a marvel of architectural sophistication, were the creation of Zippor in his Tel Aviv office during the 1980s. This was a project commissioned by the Department of Public Works, an entity that had been tasked with establishing government hospitals during the British Mandate.

Zippor was subsequently tasked with designing a modern, central triage building for the hospital. Additionally, he proposed a comprehensive future plan and clear vision for the "Shifa Campus" for 2000, looking ahead to a time of coexistence.

The Shifa Hospital indeed has a past steeped in conflict and terrorism. During the Six-Day War, it served as a treatment center for injured Egyptian soldiers. The iconic moment of the Egyptian army's surrender in the war occurred there on the evening of June 6, 1967, as IDF forces made their arrival at the building.

Later, the Israeli military administration of the Strip, appointed an Israeli doctor to oversee the Gaza health system and ensure the hospital's operations returned to their normal state. By 1969, the hospital's internal medicine department was expanded. its director, Dr. Riyad Zanon, who would later take up the role of the Minister of Health for the Palestinian Authority, fled abruptly after it became known that he was involved in the transfer of funds to terrorist organizations.

In November 1972, a dedicated eye hospital was established adjacent to the Shifa Hospital, staffed by both Israeli and Gazan doctors. Then, during the 1980s, with the aid of American support, Israel embarked on a project to revamp and enlarge the hospital complex. This undertaking also involved the installation of a subterranean concrete floor. In a grim twist, this underground area has been appropriated in recent years by Hamas.

The basement - Hamas stronghold

The basement at Shifa now functions as a command and control communication hub, sharing space with medical patients and potentially injured hostages. The use of this floor has largely contributed to the hospital's notoriety as a symbol of Hamas's illicit use of civilian humanitarian facilities within the Gaza Strip, particularly hospitals. This includes the Indonesian hospitals and approximately 30 other health facilities. The IDF spokesman disclosed last night that these exploitations will continue to be brought to light as the conflict progresses.

IDF forces are actively operating within Gaza City and encircling the hospital compound with a ring of fire, it is likely that evacuation and either full or partial demolition of the building is imminent.

Shifa which translates to "recovery," serves as a striking example of the modern design principle of mixed or re-used functions. The hospital's roots trace back to the British Mandate period. After Egypt occupied the Gaza Strip in 1948, it evolved as the primary medical center. During the 1960s, it expanded further with the addition of beds, wards, and wings.

Following the 1967 Six-Day War, Israel played a significant role in enhancing the infrastructure of the territories it captured including Gaza. In retrospect, this appears to be a natural extension of the prevalent trend in the 1950s and 1960s of Israel exporting architectural wisdom to emerging nations in Africa, South America, and both the Near and Far East.

When Idelson and Zippor were assigned the Shifa hospital project, they inherited a hospital equipped with 320 beds, serving the 210,000 inhabitants of Gaza City at that time. They planned a state-of-the-art medical center, complete with new wards and clinics for all auxiliary services. Following Idelson's passing in 1972, Tzfor continued to oversee the hospital's evolution over the subsequent decades.

In collaboration with architects Teddy and Ben Kaplan, Zippor developed a "Master Plan for the Year 2000" that would accommodate around 900 beds within a campus spanning approximately 12.5 acres. This facility was intended to serve not just the city inhabitants, but the entire population of the Gaza Strip. The plan also marked old structures for demolition to make way for high-rise buildings compliant with global medical standards.

During this period, Zippor introduced Shifa the central building, a structure with six floors. This building housed an emergency department, a respiratory intensive care unit, seven X-ray rooms, five operating theaters, and 150 beds.

Muslim people are weak and so are their states. Everyone have their own excuses, Saudia, Uae, Qatar, Kuwait rely on Usa for their defence and economy, Turkey is nato members and best pals with them, African states are poor, Pakistan survives on loans and the rulers retire in the west. Iran is anti west but is under extreme sanctions.
Sad state of affairs. The change can only happen when the people themselves change, then change the leadership and work towards unity.

Truth! Well said.

because without the west theyre nothing

they have no way to defend themselves

they have no technology or intellectual base

the only thing. they have is desert and oil

the royal family only care about its own interests which is understandable considering how everything can crash down in an instant

they put themselves in this situation

Gulf Arabs in their girly dresses make me sick! Bunch of kafirs.

I would say Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.. are in much better conditions than Arabs

lots of talent and plenty of good land

no one would invade these countries

Arabs are completely dependent on West

But Saudi Arabia and UAE claim to be the leaders of the muslim ummah, with their oil gas and big toys. They become lions when it comes to blackmailing Muslim states but when it comes to Usa or Israel they bendover backwards. Hypocrites

Are you sure about Iran capabilities.
Yes, Iran has prepared for 20+ years, but are you sure of US/NATO's capabilities?
Because if war starts with Israel then without a doubt usa will get involve and so will Nato.
US and NATO? with what ammunition and ground forces? They've already gotten sucked out iin Ukraine, so they have to choose- lose to Russia and NATO dies or win in Ukraine and let Iran take over the middle east after US cedes to its authority there by accepting a war loss.
Noone will care about any articles in Nato constitution.
ok
They will use extreme force on Iran to destroy all bases, ports, even attack major cities.
have you studied the logistical needs to do so? these things are easy to say on PDF but much harder to execute, especially now that US is struggling to support Ukraine- bad timing for US and NATO. Plus NATO's war fighting methods and technology have fallen short, so Iran knows it isnt fighting an actually competent and potent force that matches the hype its name carries- NATO will never be able to attack Iran and exit as one piece- it will get the humpty dumpty treatment- it'll get broken in pieces that cant be put back together.
Iran support in Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon are just militias,
but these militias have military capabilities similar or even more than many countries, even those in the middle east, dont underestimate them- US hasnt even responded back to their attacks sufficiently enough- they have battlefield power and experience and numbers, they are deadly, even US knows it.
Syria is already destroyed.
but it hosts many military forces that are potent- US bases are getting destroyed and Israel has been attacked multiple times from Syria- Syria is not as defenseless as you think.
Unless Russia comes to Iran aid with the nukes.
no need for nukes, especially since US doesnt have the required ground forces and ammunition for an Iran war scenario.

HAHAHA Bakht wishes .... see news in the morning .. This will be one of the most devastating conflict israel ever entered to....

Respectfully you can’t trust the UAE or Saudis.

Look what they did when Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia , Qatar planned to attend Malaysian summit. Saudi and Uae blackmailed Pakistan to not attend, and afterwards Mahatir Muhammed was toppled in Malaysia and Imran Khan in Pakistan.
The summit was important because according to some information they planned to make some kind of Islamic alliance so they can jointly work in defence, economy, one currency for trading etc.

Today this joint alliance could have placed huge pressure on Gaza war. The Saudi OIC has disappeared. The traitors are in front of us.

Saudis only care about their bank balance and the UAE are businessmen. Khalas.
