President Biden just said Hamas attack is equivalent to Fifteen 9/11s. It is distressing that 9/11 has become the international unit of terrorism. Like the Kilotons (of TNT) used to measure weapon yields.

So, with 'tens of thousands of Israelis' being (dual) US Citizens, Biden Admin is already planning to bypass the Congress to start a war should it come to that--you know, protecting American citizens! How nice! But that didn't motivate Biden Admin to stop the bombing of Gaza where other (dual) US Citizens reside??!

The strike on the hospital could be an air strike or a drone strike by Israel. Why does it need to be JDAM?
The IDF has a stranglehold of Gaza and do not care if it takes 10 dead Palestinians to kill 1 Hamas fighter. Why would they stop at striking at a hospital?
Just say there were X Hamas fighters hiding inside the hospital hence the hospital was a legitimate target.
