Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

The crux of the problem is Palestine's allies are too busy selling themselves out to Isreal's allies, who stand firmly together and will dispose of all the useful idiot sellouts in the Muslim world when the time comes.

The main problem is Hamas is a militant force, it cannot be compared to military force a decent nation with more than 50 million people have.

Killing many Israeli citizens as accused by Western observers will not help the Palestinian struggle. It will just bring set back. Any thing that is against Quran and Hadith will create dooms for us, individually or nationly. It is very clear in Islam that we cannot kill civilians during any war. It is Islam under Saladin that shock the world about morality during war.

If only Hamas only killed active IDF personnel, the story will be different. I dont know what will be the outcome, but I think if ground invasion happened and US with British keep supporting Israel, I would say both US and British will likely be seen as part of the problem by the world and their soft power will be weaken.

More like the power of media is out of proportion, and guess who control the Media in the West?

People (not just American) are stupid, they watch TV and believe what they are told, and shape their mind with that, it make TV the best way to control people. In soviet time, TV or other mass media is used to conduct what we call "active measure" you stop free information from flowing into the population, and only show the prospectus you want your people to see, they will agree with you. This is very prevalence in Soviet Union, even more so in the West.

You may think wasn't the west has free media? Well, what good does it do when both sides are giving you the same thing. That's the issue with American, too many people can't think for themselves and will buy everything TV talk show host told them, and that selfdom neutral.........

Again, you have your own will, I will not challenge that, you see think your way, and other don't, that's what I am going to say. It's the same thing when that Russian dude shot down Korean Air 007 thinking and still think it was a spy aircraft before he died, or that Navy Lieutenant that thought Iran Air 655 is a hostile F-14, it's perspective from different people and different people have a different perspective,
Media's ability to manipulate entire nations is really scary.

‘Why bomb schools?’ Gaza families have no safe space amid Israeli attacks

Residents across the Gaza Strip have sought shelter in UN-run schools. But schools too have been targeted by Israel.

Gaza City — Jamal Al Zinati is in a state of shock and disbelief.

The 33-year-old is a perfume dealer, but today, it’s the stench of death and destruction that’s overpowering — in his neighbourhood and all of the Gaza Strip.

Jamal is sheltering in a classroom of a school run by UNRWA — the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East — after his entire neighbourhood was blown up by Israeli missiles.

As the war between Israel and Hamas rages for a fourth straight day, once-vibrant neighbourhoods in central Gaza City now lie in ruins. Amid the unrelenting explosions, thousands of people have been left with no choice but to seek shelter in overcrowded public spaces and schools, hoping for relative safety. In addition to Israel’s air-tight blockade, the destruction wrought by the bombing has further shrunk the space available for them to live, to survive, to breathe.

Entire families find themselves homeless, their neighbourhoods flattened. Across the Gaza Strip, plumes of smoke haze the skyline.

“When we ran out the door, all we thought was Israel probably would just threaten us to leave to push fear in our hearts,” Jamal says. “I did not believe they would air strike the whole area and leave it in black ruins.”

That includes his home, a place he recalls as filled with happy memories that meant “everything” to his family. “It’s where we lived happily, celebrated birthdays and built dreams.”

“Now, it’s nothing but rubble,” he whispers, tears welling up in his eyes. “We fled to a nearby school for safety, but we are crammed in here with hundreds of others. There’s no space, and our children cry themselves to sleep every night.”

Yet even in the schools where the people of Gaza are taking shelter, their lives as marked with deprivation amid a looming humanitarian catastrophe. The blockade means the Gaza Strip is dependent on Israel for supplies of food, fuel, medicines and electricity. Now, Israel has said it will cut even those essential supplies — a decision that under international law could constitute a war crime.

Already, basic necessities are in short supply. “We barely have enough food to feed our children,” says Zainab Matar, a mother of four. “Clean drinking water is a luxury, and we can’t keep our children warm at night because we lack proper clothing.”

Schools are no longer safe spaces, either. According to UNRWA, at least four schools in Gaza have suffered damage from Israeli bombing. “We thought coming to the school would protect us, but even here, we live in constant fear,” Zainab says.

It’s a fear that’s visible and palpable across the Gaza Strip — in the eyes of mothers and fathers, children and grandparents. A fear that even schools are no longer immune to.

Aseel, another displaced resident, is scared, too. “We can’t understand why schools, where innocent people are seeking refuge, are being bombed,” she says.

Egypt won't allow delivery of weapons in Gaza. Syria will but Iran can give those weapons vi Syria, so Russia not required anyway.
well, if they do not, sooner or later they will receive additional 2mil new residents and be potrayed in worse light then ever.

Media's ability to manipulate entire nations is really scary.

It is indeed but not hard to explain.

Even in an educated nation with 80% graduation rate and the rest being year 12 pass, most people still won't delve into the detail of any subject. Most people are regular eat, shit, sleep, reproduce and then die type of people. It's only a miniscule number who have interest in acquiring deep knowledge and have the analytical ability to discern between truth and falsehood. So, doesn't matter which country it is, propaganda will always have high degree of success.
