The members of the US House of Representatives should present a motion/resolution to demand a two state solution on the 1967 borders in accordance with the Oslo accords. If it is rejected it will speak more words, then Muslims in each district can say they will vote against the incumbents in each district. Sadly, I tend to agree with @TriptiD on this.
Even with a full operational US Congress, there wouldn't be a Resolution for a Two State Solution and even if there would be a Resolution, the Muslim vote block is too small and too disorganized to be a real force at this time.
This conflict is going to only end through violence--one side will prevail enough to make the other side compromise for at least next several years or decades.
