We may be criticising the gulf states but its possible pressure from them has led to this.

Neither the GCC Arabs nor the Americans nor the Iranians nor the Israelis want escalation. It will destroy a lot of their own economies but only Iran is willing to escalate if need be--the rest are much more reluctant.
As for the American 'aid' to Gaza: It is a bribe to get the Gazans with American passports out and then Israel will resume the bombing.

US vetoes UN resolution condemning all violence against civilians​

The US has vetoed a UN resolution condemning Hamas's attacks on Israel and all violence against civilians.

It also called for a pause in the conflict to allow humanitarian aid to cross in Gaza.

The UK and Russia abstained and 12 members voted in favour.

A better picture :

Looks like the most damage was from the ignition , not the explosion.

The rocket was fired from behind the hospital which is common paractice by Ham-Jihad , to protect their laumch sites. The missile would still carry most of its fuel which would have caused a larger blast.

Maybe this picture is clearer , though some here pretend to be blind no matter what is posted.

So maybe the problem is not with providing more evidence.
