AOA. Guys, please recommend a gaming pc in 80k.

I already have an HDD and a casing. New or Used doesn't matter, all that matters is that it should be able to play Watch Dogs in ultra at constant 60fps... Or is my budget not enough for that?? Plus it should also future proof for like 2.5 years or something'...Ummm...It should probably be used ._. And should I use Radeon 6990 or Gtx680?

Help will be appreciated.

Gaming, watching movies, listening to music is actually not allowed but if you are like me and don’t give a damn then go for ryzen 3600x cpu, 3070 gpu with 16 gb ram.
Enjoy 3 to 4 years of gaming bliss.

If your buying used then go with a nvidia card, something like gtx970, that's what I have right now, but I will be upgrading soon

This configuration will cost you about rs 250000 in pakistan

Ryzen 3600
B450 Motherboard with M.2 support
16Gb DDR4 ram at at least 3000MHz (amd loves fast ram)
Use a 120 gb ssd for your bootup windows and another 1 tb hdd (WD Blue) 7200 rpm HDD for keeping your games.
If on a budget use a 1050ti GPU otherwise use a 1650super GPU . This way the throttling issue will not be there and you should get up to 90 fps in most games.
the above sys costs about 47 to 50 k in India. IT should be within your price range in Pakistan .

Get a high refresh rate freesync monitor, that's the most important thing. Nvidia card now support freesync.

No need to bother about fixed frame rates, with an adaptive sync monitor you get buttery smooth gameplay even if your GPU is not the most powerful one. So even if your frames drop to the 40s or whatever, it still feels great.

the gtx680 is many generations old, doubt it can run any new title nicely today.

the brand new 30 series will only introduce the top of their line extensive cards for now

a 1050ti is a good budget one, with zero power requirements, it draws all it needs from the pci-e slot

20 series was iffy and not very good with new tech like ray tracing

an rx5600 or the XT version is good one if you want to go all AMD

Why use Radeon if there is an Nvidia one? I personally have never trusted AMD; dunno why. Also, what country are you from?

It does not look like you’re from the US, right? Not sure what the situation is in your country, but the prices for graphic cards are now extremely high in the US. All thanks to miners of cryptocurrency. Also, I recommend you get a good SSD and HDD for your PC because it’s never pleasant to lose your data to a PC crash. I was in this situation and can tell you that you don’t want to look for an office of salvagedata.com suddenly and run there to get help because you need to send a report the next day.
