Brahmos Aerospace Corporation is a joint venture with India and Russia having 50.5% and 49.5% shares resp.

In case of Brahmos , the design and propulsion is Russian while guidance , electronics and warhead is Indian technology .

India came up with the money but Russians designed it and build it then it was handed over to India for paint job with the label "Made In India". Since India paid for the cost , Indians claim that the missile is actually "indigenous".

You lie like a rug about Indian input on the Brahmos missile because the proof of this is reflected here --> India is the world's Top Arms importer. If India has the capability of producing such missile as Brahmos then she would not be the World's Top Arms Importer !

Exactly my point.It is a joint venture even if it is totally manufactured in India.Then again nothing is indigenous because you will be using existing tech that neither Russia nor India came up with.

Well here comes an another one..Indian contribution to the avionics,guidance,warhead etc have been posted in this forum,many times.

And dont worry,India is developing another Supersonic CM,powered by a ramjet engine & having range above 1000 kms.

First test is planned by 2014.Now go troll somewhere else.
