Friends .Who is the Kalash people?

Local folklore says they are descendants of Greek soldiers of Alexander but genetic studies shows they are closest to South Asians, Nuristani people of Afghanistan was once closely related to Kalash but most of them got converted leaving their pagan culture. Kalash religion shares no resemblance with Hinduism and most historians believe they follow the elements of Indo-European religion.
Hinduism itself derives from proto Indo-European religion through Vedic Hinduism through Indo-Iranian religion.

It may have been that "Kalaṣa-ism" originally represented a cult of the Hindu god Indra, centering on sâma with its famous orchard reputedly planted by Indra himself, in contrast to a northern cult of the god Yama Raja (Kâmviri imr'o) with its center at üš'üt in Vâsi Gul (Pârun). Both these cults may have been millenarian responses of refugee Hindu communities to the impact of Islâm brought by encroaching Afghâns. "Kalaṣa-ism" may then have been carried from its Pech Valley homeland into the southern Wâigal basin by the Čima-Nišei, and thence to the Väi.

No. There are other groups exactly like Kalash in northern Pakistan. They exist in other neighbouring districts. You don't know about them because they are Muslim and not highlighted by media.

Kalash are non-Muslims, and they are in media all the time.

Also, climate is the same all over northern Pakistan. As elevations levels are similar.

what is the significance of these peoples?why they are so different from rest of Pakistanis. They carry blond hair and blue and mostly green eyes.As far as I know common Pakistanis dont have such features exactly like that. What about their European ancestry?

Their history is a myth but widely claimed to be descendants of Greeks.

As you have already read the wiki page.. It is good that you carry your research from YouTube videos if you are so interested about it. There are plenty of good documentaries on Kalash people telecasted on TV from time to time.

The Kalash are native to the region. The Greek theory is based on nothing but myth and false propaganda by nationalist Greeks.

Kalasha are genetically unique due to their remote location but they still share close resemblance with Nuristani people.

Not Hindu but Rig Vedic origin of Kalash people. They have perserved their genetic traits little better by being isolated. :enjoy: Though they still have 20% ASI.

Yeah bs, lol Iranians themselves are mulato race and not pure caucasians like glorious Aryan race of Central Russia. I doubt any Pakistani is stupid enough to do that. That trait is reserved for Brahmisn of india going to stormfront and beggin whites to accept them as equal.

As i said Kalash are indeed bhaiyas from Bihar :enjoy: Hopefully you are happy now

Na the little baby is cute.

Their facial look looks extremely unique.

They have lived in a limited mountainous region for thousands for years so obviously they will look unique. Looks like at one time these people were far spread. The times have changed for the worse for these people.

Yep, Kalash are small group of people. 6000 population, they are highlighted because of unique culture. Vast majority of people in those regions are now muslims and look similar to Kalash.
