Only thing they achieved is a nice contract for GE and Huntington-Ingalls industries - the nuclear submarine builders. It will push both France and Germany towards China as they can finally conclude how much trust is left between Angelo and old Europe. EU could respond by accelerating the EU and China Investment Agreement, which will bond EU and china even more deeply from economical point of view.
