The problem is the unilateral sanctions will be lifted gradually but can also be reinstated. That means, if a country A changes government or they don't like the direction that Iran is taking, they can and will reinstate sanctions.

The intrusive inspections will go to anywhere in Iran including sensitive military sites. If Iran refuses, IAEA will report it back, and all sanctions will be reinstated. How can IRGC and supreme leaders accept such these intrusive inspections remains to be seen.

It seems this agreement is designed to drive wedge between different factions within the Iranian political establishment. In particular, the goal that is being pursued is a gradual regime change in Iran through lifting sanctions, imposing sanctions, and intrusive inspections. No question Iran is giving up so much.

There is no snap back mechanism yet. The timeline and details of sanctions have not been mentioned in the framework. It means it remains a thorn in the deal.
Even if it looks like Iran is making alot of concessions, you have to understand the positives. If Iran had no nuclear program, it's sanctions would never have been removed. The threat of nuclear program has ended sanctions, a big win for Iran.

Iran will only be allowed to operate first generation centrifuges, that is mentioned explicity in the framework deal.
