Framework announced - Iran remains a nuclear threshold state , sanctions will be lifted

Finally!! Let's just hope it sticks. Mullahs and republicans will try their best to take everything to the loo. Mullahs have to be smart and work with the Europeans and democrats. If they try to push back for w/ever reason and fall into the republican trap, it could all end up being for nothing.

Stop the fucking "marg bar" this and that kososher. Stop calling for destruction of other sovereign nations. At least for a little bit. Try to use common sense and logic for at least a couple of years. Let's see if they can manage that.

All UNSC sancions will be lifted same with EU and American sanctions.

That is not completely true. Much of the US/EU sanctions will remain in place (for upto 25 years) with rest removed depending on if US and EU can trust Iran.

The UN sanctions will be removed but not all of them. A new UN resolution removes some of the sanctions and impose other sets of sanctions on dual use materials, importing conventional arms and other such things.

Here is the link: Parameters of the tentative Iran nuclear deal - CNN.com

Basically it all now depends if EU and US can bring themselves to trust Iran in the next 25 years.

What about sanctions !?
Sanctions
• Iran will receive sanctions relief, if it verifiably abides by its commitments.

• U.S. and E.U. nuclear-related sanctions will be suspended after the IAEA has verified that Iran has taken all of its key nuclear-related steps. If at any time Iran fails to fulfill its commitments, these sanctions will snap back into place.

• The architecture of U.S. nuclear-related sanctions on Iran will be retained for much of the duration of the deal and allow for snap-back of sanctions in the event of significant non-performance.

• All past UN Security Council resolutions on the Iran nuclear issue will be lifted simultaneous with the completion, by Iran, of nuclear-related actions addressing all key concerns (enrichment, Fordow, Arak, PMD, and transparency).

• However, core provisions in the UN Security Council resolutions -- those that deal with transfers of sensitive technologies and activities -- will be re-established by a new UN Security Council resolution that will endorse the JCPOA and urge its full implementation. It will also create the procurement channel mentioned above, which will serve as a key transparency measure. Important restrictions on conventional arms and ballistic missiles, as well as provisions that allow for related cargo inspections and asset freezes, will also be incorporated by this new resolution.

• A dispute resolution process will be specified, which enables any JCPOA participant, to seek to resolve disagreements about the performance of JCPOA commitments.

• If an issue of significant non-performance cannot be resolved through that process, then all previous UN sanctions could be re-imposed.

• U.S. sanctions on Iran for terrorism, human rights abuses, and ballistic missiles will remain in place under the deal.
Phasing
• For ten years, Iran will limit domestic enrichment capacity and research and development -- ensuring a breakout timeline of at least one year. Beyond that, Iran will be bound by its longer-term enrichment and enrichment research and development plan it shared with the P5+1.

• For fifteen years, Iran will limit additional elements of its program. For instance, Iran will not build new enrichment facilities or heavy water reactors and will limit its stockpile of enriched uranium and accept enhanced transparency procedures.

• Important inspections and transparency measures will continue well beyond 15 years. Iran's adherence to the Additional Protocol of the IAEA is permanent, including its significant access and transparency obligations. The robust inspections of Iran's uranium supply chain will last for 25 years.

• Even after the period of the most stringent limitations on Iran's nuclear program, Iran will remain a party to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), which prohibits Iran's development or acquisition of nuclear weapons and requires IAEA safeguards on its nuclear program.

Well . At least rouhani administration doesn't say this . :D

Seems like the hardliner fraction in Iran isnt happy about the outcome of negotiations?
Exactly . They think it's a bad deal.. to be honest they think that a good deal does not exist. Means no talks no deal. they are against any deal . they don't care about economy or people. viva north korea  . But most of iranians are happy now ;)

Your (business) officials aren't going to be happy either. Turkey profited greatly from the sanctions, in which case billions of dollars in Turkish banks which Iran couldn't repatriate due to the sanctions, which gave these banks hundred millions of dollars of interest, as well as all those gold worth billions of dollars which Iran accepted from Turkey as a substitute for money.

The greatest thing with this deal is Iran not ANY LONGER being dependent on countries like China, which has used the sanctions to export their shitty products to Iran, as well as for countries like Turkey which have enriched themselves with Iranian money for the past few years.

You forgot Emirates. I personally prefer Turkey and China benefit from this situation not them who use every opportunity to repeat their false claims regarding the Islands.

But as you said. This agreement will help us keep our money for ourselves.

as expected  :

Israel slams Iran nuclear framework as detached from ‘wretched’ reality

Israel on Thursday dismissed celebration of a nuclear framework deal between major powers and Iran, calling it detached from reality, and vowed to continue lobbying to prevent a “bad” final agreement.

Strategic Affairs Minister Yuval Steinitz said in a statement after the announcements in Switzerland:

“The smiles in Lausanne are detached from wretched reality in which Iran refuses to make any concessions on the nuclear issue and contiues to threaten Israel and all other countries in the Middle East.

Israel knows that it needs crucial US material and political support if it were to entertain the idea of a military attack on Iran (at this stage the only plausible way for Tel Aviv to completely stop Tehran's nuclear program). It is understandably furious since this deal shuts down any remote possibility of Israeli involvement in Iran's nuclear development, and thus, a nuclear-free Iran.

There are two different statements, one by Iran and one by U.S.
It means there is no agreament.
Our parliament will make sure there wont be any spirit this time.
