It's good to see KPK develop... Kudos.

But instead a better step would have been overhauling our national educational system....

This will remain a paper project. Bullet train can not be made on such low cost.
Secondly this route is not viable for any bullet train.

The cost of travelling on bullet train on this route will not be viable. Unlike Lahore Karachi Islamabad, its mostly middle class and poor people who uses intercity public transport

Even the railway track will cost more than 1.6 billion dollar for any such bullet train.
Existing railway tracks can not be used for this bullet train.
A completely new railway double way track with electrification will be required.
