Please stop embarrassing yourself. The military is the reason why democracy was never allowed to mature. 3 military coups? Who created PMLN and MQM? The military did. PMLN and MQM are both political products of the military interfering in Pakistan's civilian matters.

They created several extremist groups, and political groups. All of them ended up revolting. Now the military is only cleaning up its mess...first they went after the extremist groups (Zarb-e-Azb) and then they began going after Altaf Hussain and Nawaz Sharif.

PML and MQM will remain, but those two are finished.

I believe the military is just cleaning up its own mess that it created.

The military looked down upon civilians...this is a colonial mentality that was adopted from the Northwest Army which was renamed to Pakistan Army in 1947. The Northwest Army of the British Raj was the most battle hardened...since they had to regularly fight Pashtun tribes and Baloch sardars.

Pakistan Army behaved like the Northwest Army decades after the British had left. Only now has the Pakistan Army decided that it's time to behave like the PAKISTAN Army.

Well, here you are wrong . Pak army top brass sometime ago used a satellite agency of foreign powers and change election results . Remember , once upon time " Asghar Khan case " in supreme court. Where ISI and present democratic govt involve in sabotaging fair elections in Pakistan .
