PTEX would you as an Israeli go to egypt and tell them you want to be friends with the common egyptian ?

I`ll give you an example that happened just yesterday.
After the expulsion and persecution of Jews from Arab countries after the Six Day War, a Libyan Jew returned to Libya hoping that it would be a multi cultural tolerant country now that Gaddafi was gone and he came there with open arms wanting to live and fix the ancient synagogue there.
Do you know what happened? Islamists came and threatened to kill him and told him to flee or die, stubbornly he stayed even though it might cost him his life, hopefully he regains some sense.

Do you get the moral of the story?
And yes, it is thousands of years of war because Abraham had two sons: From an Egyptian servant girl,(Ishmael the father of all Arabs) and from his wife(Isaac the father of all Jews) and since Abraham`s rightful son was Isaac...
But then again it is said that Ishmael`s descendants would be numerous as sand itself while Isaac`s descendants, well are very few.

Peace is looking good.

I really hope these extremists don’t get elected in Egypt because if they do then they will only be propagating to crate regional tension.

In fact if they win then they would play in to the hands of some extremists in Israel who are denouncing Benjamin Netanyahu’s efforts for peace with the Palestinians.

At the end of the day only extremists from both sides will win and any peace hopes may be shattered.

Long live genuine peace loving Israelis and Palestinians.

Egyptians are smart people, it's an old civilization.....hopefully, Inshallah they will figure things out and new faces and new ideas will take the country forward

if only Pakistanis woke up and chose/demanded proper people to lead them
