As I said Iraq never used any chemical weapons on Iran. Iranians have lied about then and now are making excuses for Assad now. and no lead UN investigator said Assad did not do it. The link above shows UN proved it too.

None of your baloney above proves anything other than the Syria is the only one who had access to chemical weapons and used it against his own people.

Chemical weapons are banned and you seem to say not only was it okay for Syria to have it, but because some Syrian fella said they would not use meant they would not use it. LOL. It only says that Chemical weapons have been used. It even says "“At last we have the unequivocal evidence of these chemical attacks and at last the UN have felt they can attribute blame to Assad and ISIS,” Mr Bretton-Gordon".
As far as i know, ISIS doesn't have an airforce, neither does the "rebels", so they are also likely to have used them.

And it wasn't an investigation made by UN investigators. From the same article,
"The Telegraph, alongside Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, a chemical weapons expert and former army officer, tested soil samples in 2014 from villages in Idlib province that suffered gas attacks. It tested positive for chlorine and ammonia." I also suggest you read about Hamish de Bretton-Gordon.

And again from the same article "Since then the government has been accused of using chemical agents in dozens of attacks, most of which have not been independently investigated. "

People have been attacked, but no one knows by whom yet. And that's the situation.

And the same people (OPCW) said that Assad does not have chemical weapons anymore but that the rebels may. But i prefer reading the independent investigations instead of the non independent ones.
