VN does make huge development in economy but they have their issues as well, i would say VN is a smaller China of 1995!
Just economical development speaking,of course,Vn has smart phones today while China of 1995 did not,but China has smart phones today while USA did not in 1980 ,but that does not mean China economy of today has the same level compared to that of USA in 1980!
