Explain the "promoting terrorism" charge

Figures that you would not know that advocating terrorist activities in india, would not be seen as " promoting terrorists". With such a mindset you don't do your country any favors

I am in favor of arming moderate factions, though the previous govt. and current care-taker govt. would maybe or maybe not agree unfortunately.
