Unfortunately the death penalty is a no go in EU. Thanks to pussies as you say. I don't understand it really. But as long as there are more Markus' then this will remain as such. I tell you that in France then the support for the death penalty is significant. The majority still disagrees but it's not a huge difference.
@Gabriel92 will confirm.
Well, Romania is moving forward like Eastern Europe as a whole. Give it a few decades and they won't say this anymore. It's the same pattern everywhere. In the GCC there are migrants from Africa, Asia etc. who prefer to stay in detention centers and jail rather than going home. Same with refugees from Sub-Saharan and Northern Africa in Southern Europe. This trend will just increase as the planet's population is increasing and there is no end in sight of defeating poverty altogether. More people = less resources.
Look at a country like Nigeria. Almost 200 million people and they are breeding like rabbits (sorry but that's the reality). How in the hell is such a huge population foreseeable for the future? Well, I don't know. Some of the expected populations of Sub-Saharan African countries in 2100 are just staggering. Yes, Africa is very sparsely populated but still.
