You are still thinking this is the DF-31, aren't you?
Well, keep it up. Maybe on Octber 1st 2019 parade you'll understand...when Chinese tv will officially tell you what this is.

Mr. Great china has not yet proven any evidence that this TEL is carrying DF-41 instead of DF-31A. Bill Gertz who reported first of the DF-41 launch last year mentioned that it was first test of the missile, and such missiles won't taken service until flight tests have been completed.

What you are claiming is that PRC is deploying missiles after one successful launch.
