"Me" can not be the subject, but object,

so the first two lines using 'Me' are wrong

Hasan and I are good friend.
NOT: Me and Hasan are good friend.

Again,

Dad scolded Hasan and me.
NOT: Das scolded Hasan and I.

How dare you put "are" after "i"- :D-



Though i agree with what you said about "me"-

I am considering them as pieces of two subjects [Hasan and I], therefore, I used the Are. Though I am confused now, but I think I am right, someone else can confirm.
