_Billo_ did A-Levels from His Highness Shaikh Rashid Al Maktoum Pakistan School Dubai in 2007. His final A-level grades were (B B C)—way too low for an entry into any top-tier UK university.

Benazir, alive at time, requested Victoria Schofield (a close friend of hers who had written a few books on her and was former President of the Oxford Union Society), Dr. John Sentamu (at that time Archbishop of York) and Wajid Shamsul Hassan (PPP stalwart and former High Commissioner in UK) to get something done for _Billo_.

After extensive lobbying and spending £200,000–it was managed in the end.
_Billo_ got a compassionate-ground seat at Christ Church, Oxford on a 3-year BA programme, with an extra foundation year, in September 2007. Details of the compassionate-ground reasons are as bellow :

*Wajid shamsul Hassan given in writing that Billo Rani is Transgender No acceptance in our society they have accommodate him on Transgender issue *

He finished his actual 3-year degree in 5 years with a lower second class (50% aggregate) in 2012.

When I was a student here in the UK in 2008 this joker was studying at Oxford. We routinely used to hear about his partying and lack of engagement with any activities related to Pakistan such as debates on Pakistani political issues sometimes attended even by PPP leaders and this moron was always missing.

He never bothered to engage with student unions etc. Wasted all that time partying. Imran Khan on the other hand used to routinely visit UK, Europe and America and engage with Pakistani Diaspora. He has worked hard for his vote bank abroad. Best these traitors can do is alienate us from Pakistani political scene when in reality, we can be used to rebuild and support Pakistan which is how Imran Khan sees it.
