Everyone who sees these MLRS (Saqr 45) will think they are old Soviet launchers made in the fifties or sixties..
And it is only suitable for militias and armed terrorist organizations due to its age and that it is used for dumb bombing..

1675738373522.jpeg

But if I told you that this launcher has now become one of the most powerful in the world and has become a qualitative weapon now and a terror to any ground force, no matter how huge and sophisticated it is..

So how did that happen?

The Egyptian Saqr-45 MLRS has been developed with GPS satellite navigation guidance system And a laser seeker..Thus the launcher became able to hit its targets with almost 100% accuracy..

548545

The new launcher carries 30 missiles instead of the old one, which used to carry 40 Rockets..

548538

The container with manual trimming was replaced by another that can be dismantled and installed, and this is the reason for reducing the number of missiles from 40 to 30. rockets..

This can be seen in the red rectangle in the image above,,

A locally developed fire management system (FCS) has been added.. Also, the design of the launcher has become modern and much better than it was..

The new MLRS
548548

Imagine the launcher's power:

- 30 guided missiles with almost 100% accuracy

- The ability to empty its missiles in less than a minute

-- The ability to withdraw very quickly, the enemy will be unable to monitor the launcher in any way

A sixties weapon with qualitative modern capabilities ♥ 🇪🇬)

Hope we can buy and build locally a new MLRS like the Polonez, Astros II or even the chinese ones etc.. We need to buy a long range MLRS so we can have multi layered MLRS systems. The terrain like in Egypt, the enemy has no natural barrier like Forrest where they can hide so we must use intensively the artillery and MLRS to stop them from advancing.

Plus it is the spanish guided system (to add).

Not declaring the existence of weapons systems does not mean that they do not exist
Since 1989, Egypt has been producing the Falcon 80 missile, which at that time had a range of 90 kilometers with a devastating head of 200 kilograms.

sermis1011111.jpg

Egypt More than 18 years ago, there were two reports, one French and the other on cluster weapons and on the presence of SMERCH and URGAN missile systems in Egypt.

SEC URG.jpg

https://www.hrw.org/legacy/backgrounder/arms/cluster0405/3.htm

Wikipedia was insisting that Egypt produced a special copy of the American M270, with a caliber of 227 mm, in the name of the Saqr 45, which is a mixed name also with the caliber of 122 mm. The hadith was that Egypt produced 20 platforms on transport vehicles, not on the chassis of the American Bradley.
On the other hand, we hear about the name Saqr 150, we do not know what it is or its classification
Or a missile artillery system in the name of the Saqr 120 of 122 caliber or something else
Simply what does this mean
Egypt has the ability to produce surface-to-surface missiles, such as artillery, with a variety of ranges and calibers exceeding 325 mm.
So what are you looking for in Egypt?

Egypt is looking for platforms to produce at a very low cost, very flexible, and spread them on a large scale, greater than introducing 30 platforms annually, such as the Falcon 45, so
Egypt tested Chinese A-300 systems
He also announced that Egypt had contracted the WS-2D system

Last year, news reports said Egypt hopes available WS-2 long-range rockets. sionists then most likely areas
housed under rocket rain, in the event of large-scale war

Egypt military cooperation for nearly 60 years, although in recent years the two sides have some military procurement fall, but I believe that with China over the years weaponry military cooperation between Egypt and China in good standing strong R & D and technology, Angstrom in the future still have a bright future
The news has been around since 2017, and Egypt had announced its interest in it in 2016

And Egypt's interest in the Brazilian system ASTROS II FROM 127 to 450 mm
Egypt interest to the Belarusian Polonez system
Or the Ukrainian system VILKHA
Among what was offered to Egypt was the Chinese SR-5 system
China is offering to expand its capabilities by introducing larger and more diverse calibers into the same system
Egypt's needs stem
This search is for a system with low cost, high efficiency, as well as flexible and varied performance. It may be a platform that operates in calibers from 122-610 mm, with wheeled and tracked vehicles.
Simply because Egypt has approximately 1,750 different missile artillery platforms
There are huge numbers of platforms on light vehicles, whether jeeps or vehicles with a load of 2.5 tons, with multiple pipes of 4-20 pipes and calibers of 80-122 mm for them.

I searched about the Falcon-80 missile but couldn't find anything.

Sakr-80
Laith

The Sakr-80 [Falson] is an Egyptian artillery rocket developed jointly with France, intended to replace Egypt's FROG-7. Rockets from the Sakr-80 can carry up to a 200 kg payload and have a variety of warhead options such as unitary high explosive fragmentation, unitary high explosive hollow charge, anti-personnel/anti-materiel cluster munitions, and anti-tank cluster munitions.

The Laith is an Iraqi 90 km range improved version of the FROG-7. Although this system is poorly documented in the open literature, given other joint Iraqi-Egyptian development projects, it is reasonable to assume that this FROG-7 replacement effort was also a joint bi-national project.

Range 80+ km??
Warhead 200kg , multiple configurations

Egypt only announces what it wants to announce
Even what you want to sell and market is not only what these other things produce
Egypt took advantage of the tension in relations with the West in the years 2011, 2013 and 2015 to modernize and multiply its missile system.
Egypt will not allow countries such as Turkey, Iran, or Israel to outpace it in this field, as well as the exploitation of Egypt's area and the geographical spread of missile platforms, which helps to diversify its military capabilities. For Israel, let alone a country that has been working on developing its arsenal since the end of the seventies, when the Israelis talk about Egypt possessing 2,000 ballistic missiles, is Egypt incapable of producing missile artillery with ranges of up to 500 kilometers? 400 mm and deploying it in reverse rocket propulsion is cheaper and easier
We come to an important point, Egypt is not interested in systems such as the MLRS M270A2/M142 HIMARS.
The capacity of the American systems is not equal to the financial value paid for them. On the contrary, the Chinese systems are better and at a quarter of the price. Why do they result in Western systems, as their capacity is lower and their price is much higher?
What is the benefit for Egypt to buy a fully equipped MQ-9 plane for 100 million dollars, while Egypt gets the CH-5 plane at prices between 5-15 million with the full equipment, i.e. we get 6 Chinese planes of WL1 / CH-5 copies or even better CH systems -6/7/GJ-11 at much lower prices. Consequently, the West lost the drone market. Even Israel says that it lost the drone market to countries such as China and Turkey.
Production of local copies is of course better, and there are also no restrictions on the quantity produced

What we were thinking about and in declaring it is already India is thinking about it
Where India and Brazil are negotiating the production of a copy of the C-390 aircraft with a payload of 30 tons as a first stage for the production of military transport copies and cargo copies next to the derivative copies, then production to the production of a copy with 4 engines with a payload of 75 tons. Million dollars for a payload of 23/26 tons

This is the difference between the national administration and a gang of thieves, all of whom are interested in plunging their countries into debt and robbing the people. When they fail, they sell its strategic assets against the national security of their state.
