Azerbaijan to increase defense spending for 2015

The defense spending for 2015 will make 17.9 percent of the state budget expenditures, APA reports.
According to the draft budget released by the Ministry of Finance, the military expenditures for 2015 will be 3.1 percent higher than 2014. It also includes expenditures on the financial provision of projects and activities for special purposes.

Funds are planned to be allocated from the state budget for defense and security agencies.

Well, I think it is a necessary raise. Russia is getting aggressive, and we should not let the Karabagh issue to be prolonged more. IMO, we need to raise this percentage to about 30% and keep such percentage for at least 5 years to have enough budget, to make a strong air force, and correct our remaining needs and flaws in army, then we can attack and take Karabagh back. Hopefully, we have a good GDP growth rate, and also have a very fast growing money and gold reserves, so, I believe this increase can be very well handled

couple days passed , and we find out about another city being built

this time in Pirallahi , expecting to have a population of 120 thousand and will be built beside High technology park already
under construction , and the new city will have its own industry projects creating and etc. to completely provide jobs for the residents

Starting 2015 , the government will start construction of metro line towards Heydar Aliyev Airport , High-Speed Rail connection to Sumgait and a new cargo airport beside the new port that is currently U/C along with a High-Speed Rail connection to it. Another High-Speed railwill be built connecting Hovsan to Baku and airport
