For my New Year resolution, I refuse to feed trolls.

Please join me in this effort to clean up our forum!

Thank you.

I am tired of them too. Everybody please just ignore them. No matter how much your urge, just do not reply them.

They are happy if you reply, they will fade away unhappily in if you do not reply.

Its Yuan 039-B.

039-A/B incorporated with an advanced air-independent propulsion (AIP) system. The first boat of a much improved Yuan class was just launched at Wuhan Shipyard on September 9, 2010. This class has been speculated to feature a new sonar system (flank sonar arrays?), a new surveillance and targeting system (periscope, radar etc.), and a new weapon system (possibly long-range AshM launched from torpedo tubes).

I hope it not to fall too far behind japan's newest submarines in terms of technology and tonnage.

And there is no really AIP submarine except nuclear powered ones.

Chemical reactions can not create enough energy no matter what kind of reactant/oxidizer submarines load.

Stirling engines or fuel cells won't change the second law of thermodynamics.

Conventional powered submarines are quite only when not moving fast and maybe not be able to move as fast as nuclear powered ones. This is a big disadvantage when subs need enough speed to evade torpedos, quickly getting a TMA solution or are on an emergency deployment.

By the way, why do the surroundings look so (how to say?) shabby?:dance3:
