india is trying to counter chinese influence in our country. every country only has its own interests in mind. i hope what you are saying about mig parts purchase is true but we shouldn't be coerced to buy indian weapons as an obligation because of this loan. remember india is still an arms importing country but russia and china produce state of the art weapons only they can meet our needs so we should be careful

This is quite obvious. Part of the details is already available in the media. And Chinese high level delegations have just concluded their visits to Dhaka and secured the massive J10B deal, right before this MoU. They have obviously inquired about these deals.
