Dr Chishti released in exchange with Terrorist Sarbajit Singh?

What terrorist Sarabjit Singh ?
The key eye witness, Shaukat Salim, has been caught saying that he implicated Sarabjit Singh on pressure from Pakistani agencies. Link
Sarabjit Singh is an innocent who has been paying the price so that someone in the police force can get a gold medal for catching a "RAW" agent.
If India could release a convicted murderer on humanitarian grounds, why not Pakistan can release a person who is essentially innocent with the eye witness himself retracting his statement and is kept in prison just for the sake of it.

Sarabjit is not a terrorist, he has been falsely implicated by a witness under pressure from state agency of Pakistan

First. Chishti has been released on the basis that he has to report back in November.
Second. The guy who is being released has completed the life sentence.
So its not the exchange.

3) Indians claim he was a convicted murderer whereas he has been named accessory to murder because he was present at the time of the murder but has nothing to do with it.
4) Sarbajit Singh has a taped confession to go against his release.
5) If there was any chance of having him released, Kashmir Singh's dubious statements on his return to India, pretty much laid those chances to rest.

i doubt there was any exchange. , the reason dr chishti was released was on humanitarian grounds . he is quiet old. plus he is just out on bail , and has to be back in NOV.

It's amazing how tha Pakistanis have literally murdered their conscience.
Even when the prime witness in the case says that he falsely implicated Sarabjit singh, these people are so thirsty for blood that it doesn't matter whether that blood is of a terrorist or an innocent man.
They just want blood and they will drink it no matter whose blood it is.
