Yeah, much of my threads are related to Israel. Also, many other message boards have threads dedicated to demonizing Palestinians. This message board has many Israelis and Israeli supporters. So I stand up for our cause and spread awareness. Otherwise ignorance will spread like a forest fire if we don't balance it. You're turkish, had there been many kurdish members here you would be all over their threads and also creating threads related to them to dispute their arguments. This is no different. You have no issue with the pro Israel crowd doing business as usual but when the pro Palestine crowd stands up for their cause you go bezerk and make slanderous accusations trying to portray us as conspiracists just because we dared exercise our freedom. This is how the world works, nobody will dispute things on our behalf besides a few people, most people who will act on our behalf are people directly affected by the conflict or by Israel and this leads them to be involved.

Whenever we discuss politics, even if it's a propaganda war between both sides you have this idea in your head that we think Israel is behind all problems on earth. Of course that's not the case and you have nothing not even a atom of evidence to support it.

As the range of missiles increase, the other countries in the areas that can be targeted will become more uncomfortable which is a natural consequence of being known that some other country could possibly hit us.

However, I do not know about the philosophy Turkish defence forces have, but allusion to 'rogue states' and to suggest that they will start using biological or chemical weapons, seems truly far-fetched. Why can similar reasoning not be applied to so many other countries who have long range missiles while having excellent air force capability. Seems like somebody or may be some defence related 'think tank' is preparing ground to damage image of Turkey so that, in case, they have to do something, the general public knows that Turkey really had some 'evil intentions'.

As a related observation, many famous defence related think tanks in major powers, are used to keep the public opinion about the need for 'great military machine' and several tens of trillions of dollars worth of military related industrial infrastructure thriving. Which means that they have to truly exaggerate anything that could go in favor of strengthening similar opinions. Iraq was a case in point, we all know how they attacked, and devastated the country, while the evidence they had against Iraq cannot even be called flimsy. Some guy told their intelligence agencies that Iraq had chemical or biological weapons, and when hundreds of thousands of people were killed as a result of the war, Americans were told later by their intelligence agencies 'that guy was probably lying to us'.

Like commercialism in American society, unfortunately war machine has also gone truly commercial. And it is extremely big and lucrative business with its own interests and they know how to thrive and they would like to keep making big money.
